M Technic has been developing underfloor distributors for almost 15 years. The aim of the development was to ensure that the underfloor distributors could be used safely at all times and that the underfloor distributors could not be seen, so that the overall architectural impression of the site would not be lost.

For this purpose, the underfloor distributors must also be in a closed state during operation. The cables and hoses are protected by our patented “PROtector” cable protection.

Thanks to our patent, we were able to ensure that our underfloor distributors equipped with the “PROtector” are the only distributors in the world that can also be driven over with trucks of 12.5t and 40t in the cable exit area and at the same time close the area with a fillable cable exit pan.

Production

Production takes place in Germany at our production sites in Meerbusch and Dortmund to meet the quality standard “Made in Germany”.

The stainless steel products are welded according to EN 1090-2:2008 + A1:2010. The inspection of the welding shop is carried out in accordance with the AD 2000 data sheet HP-0 and DIN EN ISO 3834-3.

We only use low-voltage built-in devices from well-known brand manufacturers (Eaton, Siemens etc.).

3D CAD

We develop individual solutions for our customers and also manufacture tailor-made individual solutions according to customer requirements.

All products are designed for the harshest environmental conditions.

This is already done by the choice of materials and the construction for these extreme requirements. All products are developed and simulated using state-of-the-art 3D CAD systems. Circuit diagrams and other customer-specific representations are realized on the latest CAD systems.

Warehouse

Extensive stocking allows fast delivery and fast assembly of customer-specific products. The installed low-voltage products come exclusively from well-known brand manufacturers. (e. g. Eaton, Siemens)
